How We Work

Step 1 – Profile deep dive

Collect your academic history, language scores (English / Chinese), awards, CCA / activities, and family plans.

First Zoom session with student and parent to clarify goals: local school vs international school, public vs private university, desired timeline and budget.

Step 2 – Strategy & school / university match

We match you to specific Singapore schools or universities with a realistic, personalised plan that fits your profile and maximises your potential.

Step 3 – Documents, essays, and portfolio

Guide you through document preparation, translation, and notarisation where required.

For universities and competitive schools, we help with personal statements, motivation essays, CV and portfolio, aligned with each institution’s expectations.

No copy‑paste: each school or university gets its own emphasis (for example, STEM‑heavy vs business‑focused vs language‑focused environments).

We refine your essays and profile repeatedly until both you and MMC are confident.

Step 4 – Application submission & follow‑up

Submit applications through official portals or school systems where possible, and liaise with admissions when clarification is needed.

Track statuses, answer additional document requests, and keep parents updated clearly and regularly.

Step 5 – Interview preparation

Mock interviews and coaching tailored to Singapore‑style interviews (school admissions, scholarship boards, university panels), using our up‑to‑date database of real interview questions.

Step 6 – Offer, decision & arrival in Singapore

Shortlist and compare offers with you and your family: school culture, academic load, location, fees, and long‑term pathways.

Guide you through Student’s Pass / visa, school registration, and first‑month practical matters (orientation, accommodation options, daily life tips).

Our Past Experience

Past offers and success cases include NUS, NTU, SMU, SUTD, PSB, ASEAN Scholarships, and successful appeal admissions to NTU.

Our team has supported students into MOE schools and international schools in Singapore, and private institutions with strong industry links such as PSB Academy.

Don’t Miss: Full Service vs VVIP (Singapore)

Full Service:

Best for students who are already close to application time (e.g. current Grade 12 / final year / already in Singapore) and need complete guidance through one application cycle.

VVIP Singapore Pathway (max 5 per year):

Best to start from Grade 9–11 (or earlier), so we have time to:

  1. Plan meaningful competitions and personal projects that match Singapore’s academic culture.
  2. Build a strong, authentic portfolio instead of last‑minute patchwork.
  3. Connect you early with relevant insiders, alumni, and mentors who understand specific schools and universities.
